North Central Indiana Regional Planning Council

The North Central Indiana Regional Planning Council (NCIRPC) is a non-profit agency serving the communities throughout Cass, Clinton, Fulton, Howard, Miami and Tipton counties. NCIRPC will serve local communities with the purpose of building stronger local communities and regional economies by enhancing the quality of life throughout the region. North Central Indiana is comprised of six counties with a population of 224,588 with 34 separate units of local government across the region. NCIRPC will engage local governments, economic development organizations, non-profits and community leaders to provide programs and services targeted to meet the unique needs of each community and to provide mutual benefit throughout the NC region.
